Well after shopping at this place today, the Epping Plaza outlet I can say that today is the last day I will do so. Feeling absolutely disgusted to be followed around the store and secretly watched like I'm some sort of a crook. I guess stopping whilst shopping in their store to wipe my child's snotty nose after a sneeze was enough for them to think i'm a crook. I didn't want to make a scene as my son was with me and didn't raise it with the guy snooping around corners pretending like he's shopping but in fact secretly watching me. If I haven't worked in retail for the last 20 years in the capacity of many roles I may not know any better when one is was watched. Perhaps your staff need to grow up a little and if you suspect of someone potentially stealing from your store then for your sake be more discreet about how you follow people around before you piss off and lose your customers. I would rather now drive out of my way to get my continental groceries than spend my money in this store. Appalling, if I could give it a zero rating I would.
